Dr. Rachel Gibbons, Pharm D

Rachel Gibbons, PharmD, specializes in medication management and education for primary care and rheumatology patients. In particular, she provides rheumatology high-risk medication monitoring and chronic disease state management, utilizing current literature and guidelines to tailor appropriate pharmaceutical therapies.Rachel enjoys developing patient relationships through shared decision-making, and educating patients about their medications and health. She was drawn to the profession upon seeing how much of an impact medications can have on people's quality of life and longevity.Rachel is a member of the Washington State Pharmacy Association and American Society of Health Systems Pharmacy.Away from work, Rachel enjoys hiking, attending Seattle sporting events and visiting family.
