If I could give her zero stars I would. I was so hopeful for my appointment Rachel was kind and really seemed to listen but honestly there were red flags I should have seen right from the get go. The biggest one being I came because of perimenopause symptoms and was immediately told I was too young and it was probably PCOS, glass half full I thought ok that's better than nothing. I'm sent for labs some I have to come back for no big deal while all my labs were within normal limits several were just barely inside of those limits. Instead of calling me in to talk about the results I'm contacted by the nurse and told it's anxiety here some meds. Let it be know I never mentioned having anxiety or wanting treatment for it. I do have white coat syndrome (can't imagine why) so my BP was a little high when I got to my appointment but came down to normal by the end of the appointment. When I refused the anxiety meds and asked for a referral the nurse sounded offended and did not send my… referral. I was called again a week later by a different nurse and given similar information when I once again refused the meds I again asked for a referral this nurse took down the info I had and the call was over. This office clearly has a problem with consent which is a big problem in medicine as is but for it to be a woman in this field is unexcusable. Medicine isn't supposed to be easy but this office will take the easy way out.
