Dr. Rachel M Grossman, MD

I feel confident when I see Dr. R. Grossman. She is a caring doctor and has treated many of my facial problems and other physical problems with professionalism.

Went to Dr. Grossman to have a body scan to see if I could have skin cancer. She told me that since I was only 25 years old that I was too young to have skin cancer. 2 years later, I was diagnosed by a different dermatologist, with malignent melanoma.

Ive been to this Dr. twice since she was highly recommended. She barely looked at my skin either for a rash or the yearly mole check-up. I've never been so looked over in my life. She didn't give a care in the world. Hope she reads this and changes.

Her attitude was terrible. Her body scan took 1/2 minute. I feel like it never happened. She was condescending and a bit nasty. Stay away.

This doctor is so full of herself that as a patient I felt slighted and neglected. Her diagnosis may have been correct, but I did not learn anything more than I did doing research on the web.

While visiting a doctor is not my favorite activity, I can say that Dr. Grossman spent the time necessary to do a thorough examination, explain the options and explain why recommended the treatment she did. I felt confident that I was given sound and thoughtful advice as to how to treat my condition. As a result, I would surely recommend her to anyone looking for that advice.

Dr. Grossman is a great doctor. My entire family has gone to her for various reasons. She definitely has extensive expertise and has always been able to clearly focus on the issue at hand and diagnose/treat with great outcomes.She does not take lightly patients concerns, is a great listener and has the patients health as her number one priority.We have been using Dr. Grossman for about 7 years and would not consider switching to a different derm.

I would highly recommend Dr. Grossman to my friends. My office experience as always been timely, professional and friendly. She has always treated my problems with accuracy and respect. She has also taken the time to provide meaningful follow up.

Dr. Grossman has a very professional and thoughful approach. She explains what she's thinking and why she recommends a particular approach. I would definitely recommend her to others!
