Rachel Holmes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults address life challenges and find healing and understanding in hopeless situations. Rachel specializes in eating disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and stress management. Rachel completed her Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) at Salisbury University in Maryland. Her experience spans a variety of clinical settings, including crisis intervention, residential treatment, school-based outpatient services, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and large non-profits. Rachel's professional experience enables her to understand the importance of identifying all aspects of an individual's life that impact their well-being. This includes their physical health, support systems (family, friends, etc.), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality.
