Dr. Rachel Elizabeth Hall, MD

I took several thousands of dollars worth of tests with Dr Hall last year and I have been requesting the results of those (my medical records) for MONTHS now to no avail. She has been refusing my requests both verbal and written. I finally had to file complaints with both the SC state medical board and HIPPA and I will be contacting an attorney to recoup the thousands of dollars in tests that I never got the results to. My recommendation is to find yourself another doctor. Seriously, run the other way.

She runs tests & prescribes supplements, but her moto is "let food be your medicine." She charges thousands to fit you into one of her "programs" It's the same program she puts everyone else on. The least costly one is $3000 for 3 months. There is also a 6 and 9 month program. (you do the math) I recommended 3 different people to her & she didn't help even one of them. Do your own research (on a healthy diet) and save your money. A very greedy & unprofessional practice.

Dr. Hall and her staff have "SAVED MY MARRIAGE"!!! I have been in need of hormone replacement for many years and Dr. Hall is the only one that was willing to take the time to listen to me and help! Not only is Dr. Hall a "LIFE SAVER".... The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Would recommend anyone in need to reach out to Dr. Halls office! 5 STARS BY FAR!!!

I honestly feel uncomfortable about having to give Mrs. Hall a bad review because she is very sweet and kind. She is also very interested in natural medicine which I have always thought is the better way to go. However, she does have that MD after her name so I expected her to be able to practice medicine. I was shocked when I told her that I had been completely unable to digest food for over a month and had lost 25 pounds and she suggested that I eat wild caught salmon. Wow, had she listened to me at all or does she just tell the same thing to every patient? There are situations that call for natural health remedies and there instances for which western medical intervention is more appropriate. I expected her to know the difference and to be able to gather the facts of my medical history and make sound judgment about what steps to take. Instead I got scripted advice that had nothing to do with my particular issues. I am not sure if she really heard anything that I said about… what had been going on with me. I feel like I wasted my money. But if you do not have any serious medical problems and you are just looking for a doctor that will advise you about probiotics and natural health remedies then she is very nice and her office is comfortable.
