Regardless, of when I have attempted to make an appt, the staff is horrible to deal with. THE ONLY reason I continue to go is that Dr. H is wonderful. If you can put up with rude, unprofessional staff, and being on hold for literally 25 min to make an appt, then go for it.

Sometimes nice, but sometimes curt and condescending. Her practice stopped taking insurance and went to 'self pay only' at one point. This reduced my respect for the practice.

Superior doctor, both technically and personally.

Dr. Herschenfeld wasn't honest after making a mistake with an injection. Instead of being forth right with information she withheld it. It wasn't until I saw another dermatologist did I understand that the problem I was having was due to an injection she did. I was very disappointed by her in ability to take ownership of the problem and help to correct it. I was able to have it corrected by another dermatologist thankfully.

Dr is great, but getting an appt having to go through office staff is a challenge.
