Wow. Absolutely apauling. She called me for a long overdo video visit with a terrible attitude, 8 mins our call was with non stop complaining and eye rolling. Telling me what i would be on without my current medication. Telling me her personal business about having covid. Pretty sure my insurance is paying to discuss my health not hers. Claiming that I'm yelling at her and i do hope these visits are recorded because all i did was raise my tone when i was cut off by her. I asked her twice what her issue was and still got nothing but eye rolls. This isn't help. She just wants to get paid for 8 mins of a 30 min visit. Her words were, I'm done. No ma'am, I am done. I'm here because I'm feeling terrible lately and i scheduled this appointment because I haven't heard anything from her since her "covid" Like why did i have to hear more about her health than addressing mine which is what she's being paid to do. Absolutely no more. I don't need to be looked down on. She asked a question and… then looked into her records to contradict it. Just wow. Totally unprofessional and out of line. I'm calling my insurance to contest her being paid for not doing her job today. I've seen her before, tho condescending, she has tried to help, today she was annoyed and absolutely shouldn't be taking patients like this. It's almost 5 so probably the end of her day. I don't know nor care. This was out of line. All she wanted to do was argue and roll her eyes, or close them she says which is the same discontent. Never again. No one needs her mental health issues interfering with our care. She could have rescheduled not put on a show of who's sicker. Triggering a patient then chastising them for their reaction is gross. I was direct and to the point about the symptoms I've been having which is the reason im seeing her. Suddenly this is below her station.Fine. Dont connect the call and take money from my insurance when your mood isn't capable of handling your job. That, like covid isnt my concern nor am i getting paid to hear about it. If you dont want your mental health aggravated then don't bother with this very judgemental, moody woman. Period
