Dr. Rachel D Keever, MD

I saw R Keever, MD during the summer of 2019. Over ten pages of health related documentation were provided in advance of my less than 15 minute appointment. Terrible treatment of the patient. I saw no evidence of any preparation for the appointment. She ordered two tests and did not explain the tests or even listen to my heart. When the results of the tests were available, she did not explain them. She had a nurse call me and read her WRONG diagnosis. She diagnosed me with cardiomyopathy and my insurance company cancelled my application because of the diagnosis. It took me over 100 hours to get the wrong diagnosis fixed so I could get insurance. She should do all a favor and retire...she is harmful to the patient and the profession.

So disappointed to learn Dr Keever is leaving the Rutherfordton area and this practice - I was hoping to become her patient
