Dr. Rachel Kelly

Rachel Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 14 years in the mental health and addictions field. Rachel works with adults who are seeking help for trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, Women’s issues, and life transitions. Rachel completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University. She has a person-centered and solution-focused approach and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, among other modalities. She also likes to use art in order to provide a different way of looking at issues than just traditional talk therapy. Rachel believes that everyone deserves to have time for themselves, be heard, and feel comfortable. She seeks to establish a caring and secure therapeutic environment to allow you to build on your strengths and meet the goals you have in mind and want to set for yourself.
