I called in my daughter's script on Thursday, explained the importance to have it filled as my child's insurance was lapsing temporarily and I needed it filled before the first. I was told "No Problem, we will get that called in today". When I went on Saturday to pick up the medication it had NOT been called in, and the answering service refused to help me.( Dumb me assumed when you call a script in it actually get's filled) I called 3 times over 4 hours. Today, I called the office VERY upset (called at 8 - waited 3 hours and then had to call back because clearly no one wanted to deal with this) to only be told they are "super busy" and "understaffed" and that they apologize but there was nothing to do to help. My daughter takes medication that is designed for A.D.D and MUST have them in order to perform. They went from 10 dollars to 150 dollars and now I am not able to get her filled. The lack of care or actual remorse for their mistake that will impact my child's ability to
