Dr. Rachel Carlson Kruspe, MD

She doesnt listen to anything to patient or their caregivers tell her. Her bedside manners are awful. She acts like a resident instead of a doctor thats been doing it for years. She isnt confident in her answers, almost like she second guesses herself. She doesnt care about the patient. (This is a nice way to put this about her.) shes a W*tch!

Very kind & willing to listen to you. I have never felt rushed when I see her. In my opinion she is a very good hematologist.

Our doctor was out of town and Dr Kruspe was on call. She was notified of some abnormal labs my husband had. The office responded in 15 minutes and told us to come in ASAP. They were ready to treat the condition immediately. Dr Kruspe took a lot of time with us and even admitted us to the hospital for further treatment. She had many patients of her own but treated us equally important. She was so patient and kind to explain exactly what she was doing and why. Every time she visited in the hospital she took time with us and answered every question that each member of the family had. Her efficiency and wisdom averted a potentially life threatening situation. We can not say enough good things about her. She is great. It is obvious she puts her heart into her patients. This is more than a job for her. We are so grateful for her and Dr Gualtieri.

I was referred to another doctor by my family doctor. At his place, waiting times were usually over 2 hours and the time he spent with me was less than a couple of minutes. So, I asked another doctor if he could recommend someone and he said Dr. Kruspe. Wow, was I lucky. The first visit was awesome - she took time with me, I got in quickly, she asked questions and explained everything. She even did some further diagnostic tests to rule out other causes for my condition. I have been her patient for over a year and every visit (every 4 weeks) has been the same - efficient, professional, caring, and just plain nice. This goes for everyone - from the receptionist to the lab to the assistants to Dr. Kruspe. If you need this type of professional, I recommend her without any hesitation.
