Rachel L. Miller

I chose to become a nurse practitioner because I am passionate about helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves. I believe that meaningful healthcare starts with meeting patients where they are in their health journey and recognizing that no two patients are the same. My approach to care is personalized and collaborative, with an emphasis on listening, understanding individual goals, and tailoring treatment plans to fit each patient’s unique needs and lifestyle. Education is a cornerstone of my practice. I strongly believe that patients are empowered when they understand what is happening in their bodies, and I strive to ensure that every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions. By combining evidence-based medicine with patient-centered education, my goal is to promote long-term health and well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and taking advantage of all that the Triangle area has to offer.
