Dr. Rachel Feinstein Murthy, MD

All the staff is not friendly and they talk to you like they hated you I don’t know why. I made some blood test there and I’ve been calling to the clinic for like two weeks so I can have my analysis because other doctor is asking me for them, they don’t send me anything (I don’t believe that the health of the patient is a game) I really need them. Also they made me analysis the first appointment but they don’t explain to you anything about that, they just made them and that’s it. My insurance is anoint me for an ultrasound of the week 16 and they just told me they don’t make ultrasounds from that week, they are making me appointments each 10 weeks (I ask me if I’m going week 10, week 20, week 30 and then meet them at the hospital).

Dr. Murthy has been my OBGYN for my first child, and as nervous as I have been she has been so reassuring and supportive. She answers all my questions promptly and always follows up any screening/testing appointments with a phone call.

Did a routine tubal ligation and ended up cutting intestines.

Dr. Murthy is aloof and rushes through appointments. Only saw her twice during my entire pregnancy- the rest of the time, I saw random other doctors from the practice. Wait time is sometimes 45 minutes. Staff is unbelievably unfriendly. The only reason I haven't switched is because there are no better alternatives. All decent OBGYNs in the area aren't taking new patients.

Dr. Murthy has an exceptional bedside manner coupled with excellent medical skills. I was obviously not excited about the prospect of having to undergo surgery, but Dr. Murthy made the experience a positive one. I was highly impressed with her and the staff at St. Marys, and I would recommend her without hesitation!

I had a scheduled appointment at 3. At 3:15, I was called back to be weighed/pee in a cup. The nurse took me to the ultrasound room to undress and wait on the doctor at 3:20 (ish). I was still sitting in there half-naked waiting on Dr. Murthy at 4:10, when I finally decided just to walk out. I called to re-schedule my appointment to see if maybe they could be more prompt next time, and I was informed that I had been dismissed as a patient. Way to go. This doctor is far too greedy and apparently overstacks her patients in the least practical way.

i would never recommend her services to anyone.
