NP Brown listened to my situation, was understanding of my pain. She agreed without hesitation that a muscle relaxer prescription, ultrasound & MRI were a good idea, & she followed thru with ordering them. I was very impressed with her.

Experience was better than one of the last times I was seen. Care providers attitude was way better and she was super friendly and really nice. Was like night and day. I was so happy with my experience.

It would be nice if Rachel would ask about previous discussions/issues and just check in about how I'm doing with those previous concerns. I know there are time constraints, but a quick check in shows a true interest in her patients.
