Dr. Rachel Beth Rubin-Toles, MD

Awful experience with this doctor, she is uncaring, doesn't care about patient's well being, she is all about the money she can get from you. She is rude and lacks medical knowledge. Staff at the office are short and unfriendly

She is a straight shooter. She is not one to prescribe medicines right off the bat and also wants to know everything she can before she does. She will explain things to you and listens well. Someone may not like how honest she is but that is what I want from a doctor. She also makes sure with testing before she gives you any medications so do not be surprised if she wants you to get tests before prescribing something.

This doctor did not care about my health or well being just how many tests she could get me to take that she surely would make money on.

I chose Dr. Ruben- Toles because several mom's at the breastfeeding support group were ranting and raving about her. I like to try natural remedies more quickly than prescriptions and the mom's said she is not quick to write you a script. They were right and if that is what you like, then go meet your new doctor.

I tried to schedule an appointment... Staff was not helpful and I decide to try another provider. Lots of choices here in Oro Valley, why settle for anything less than friendly, competent support staff- after all you have to deal with them sometimes more than the doctor.

Dr. Rubin- Toles is always on time! If my appointment is at 9:30, I am taken back at 9:30 and see the doctor within minutes. I appreciate that she values my time. My children and I have been with her for 10 years.

Dr. Rubin-Toles is one of the best physicians I have seen in a long time. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them. Her staff is equally supportive.

Every-time I go to see the Dr. she always seems rude and in a hurry. She always talks to me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm doing with my baby.

Dr. Rubin-Toles is the primary physician for my 4 yr. old son and infant daughter. She is clearly experienced and has great rapport with children. She is knowledgeable and thorough, a good problem-solver, and offers sensible advice. I can't recall that Dr. Rubin-Toles has ever been late for any of our appointments in the past two years. On occasions when either of my children needed to see her sooner, she has always able to accommodate us the same or next day. Her office is clean, and her staff are patient, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin-Toles.

Dr. Rubin-Toles is a rare find. A family doctor who still really cares about her patients and listens to them. I was not rushed and she had an abundance of practical advice for me. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend her.
