I hired Rachel Safran as psychologist custody evaluator in my case and I fully regret my decision to hire her. This custody evaluator is corrupt cheater. I have come to know that she had disciplinary proceedings against her by State Board of Psychological Examiners. DO NOT hire her for custody evaluation. She lacks credibility in court and widely known as a contract hire. She will not come to court on time and try to dodge trial and play games. She has no experience as a custody evaluator. She has mainly worked as Employment evaluator. She gets kickbacks from family lawyers and has unscrupulous behavior. Look up her cases in federal court. she was criticized by judges for lack of credibility. If she is custody evaluator, court do NOT take her recommendations. She is running a business of being a custody evaluator.

If you're going through a divorce and a man,and you're getting an evaluation,don't let this person evaluate you at all costs.She's putting my family through hell.She doesn't consider the man's side of the story,doesn't talk to any family.I witnessed my sons situation for 12 years.I would have admitted his faults.But I also saw the evil in my daughter in law I told him to get out years ago but he loved her,and my evil daughter in law set him up,and this doctor knows it.My son did everything for his kids,even bathed them and put them to bed.She did nothing.I could see the frustration he had.I could see why he turned to substances.He was a solidictorian,a three letter sports star,and received a scholarship to college.When people see me they don't say hi,they ask how he's doing.I had to go over once during a fight,he wasn't good but she threatened his life right in front of me.I took it with a grain of salt,my family doesn't operate that way,I let it go,people say things they don't mean… sometimes.Also she lied and said he hit her,my son never had a fight or put his hands on anyone in his life.Now,he needs a sponsor to see his kids.Fine.He's already completed rehab,seeing a psychiatrist,going to Narcotis anonymous meetings.Funny thing,she gets to decide the sponsors.She won't let me or my wife be a sponsor,after we paid for her wedding,always paid for food when we went over,bought her almost every piece of yard furniture she owns,paid for roof abd gutters of her second house they own now,I was on call as a babysitter,whenever they were not working from home,I sacrificed overtime to watch my grandkid,she called me to babysit when she went for a massage or to get her nails done,fed her family,had them over for holidays when they were in town,paid for her car battery,painted her house,fixed her toilet,and I might add I paid for the parts,just to name a few.On Mother's Day we took them all down the shore and paid for everything.I mean it never ends.I was ok to take my grandkid to the park alone every day,but suddenly I'm a danger.Lying sack of human trash.This doctor should lose her liscence.I don't know what more we can do.Oh and she had to go away for buisness,her mother was up from Florida,so my son had to sleep over to take care of the kids because her mother is incapable.He needs a sponsor.Do you think if my son was bad and flipped out,her 4'8" mother could stop him.My son had to hit rock bottom,and this doctor couldn't recognize this.Only good thing is I got my son back.Just sorry it took so long to hit rock bottom.I feel this doctor is incompetent.I know more about this stuff than her.Ive been around a little.I lived through the 70's and 80's where people were in rehab all the time.Just goes to show you all the education in the world doesn't make you smart.
