Five star all the way. While I realize that my situation and recovery were unique, and "beyond the norm," I am still grateful for the Pros in this office all the way around, in every aspect. Was not a dramatic time for me, everything went well, and I am blessed. But ... I am also blessed to have been cared for by Dr. West, Rachel, and the entire team associated with Southwest Orthopedics. The absolute best!!

My son broke his arm. I was referred to Dr. Avant but he wasn’t available the day we needed so I agreed to whoever. We were scheduled with Dr. West’s PA, Rachel. She was fantastic. The whole appointment moved quickly and everyone was so friendly from the xray team, nurses, the lady who cast my son’s arm, the young lady at checkout, and Rachel. Rachel was so sweet, kind, did not rush us, answered all our question and explained everything about his broken bone. Highly recommend Rachel and Dr. West.
