Rachael Sheffield, FNP-C

Rachael Sheffield is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Vanderbilt University. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered primary care and believes some of the most important information comes from simply taking the time to listen. Rachael strives to partner with her patients so they feel heard, understood, and involved in decisions about their health.

She is especially interested in functional and root-cause approaches to care and in understanding the whole picture of a patient’s health. Her professional interests include preventive care, metabolic health, hormone health, and helping patients make realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term wellness.

Rachael and her family are happy to call the Treasure Valley home. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, watching baseball, and exploring Idaho with her family.
