Dr. Rachel A Sneed, MD

My experience with Rachel was a really bad experience. Rachel was late, her office staff was rude, and Rachel herself came off condescending and judgmental. I requested a routine psychical be done and she did nothing in the office visit at all. Then I was charged $158 just to be established with her. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield. I would not recommend or waste your time with this doctor, please go see someone else. I will be looking for a new Primary Care Physician.

Staff is not too bright and gave a lot of poor excuses about finding the location and giving directions. Went to two listed addresses for her which are out of date and inaccurate. Again the receptionist was vague about that and said there is nothing they can do to change or correct it. Don't even try to find the &*$%#@&* place!!

Front office staff present themselves as there to get a paycheck. Follow up for testing never happened. I called and made a complaint and couldn't even get the office manager to call me back! The testing I had done showed liver cancer and still never got a call. took my information to my oncologist. Bye Bye Dr. Sneed I'll be looking for a more competent doctor.
