Dr. Rachel Solotaroff, MD

I alway found her attention to detail far exceed any Dr I have ever had, and that is say in 51 years of my life she always tried to fix what was wrong with me instead of just putting a band aid on it

She told me my expectations were too high bc I'd called three times in two weeks and not heard a word back. Really?! This clinic is dysfunctional, with the pharmacist acting as a doctor and therapist. Same with the "panel manager" I do not recommend this clinic.

It's hard to separate the doctor from the clinic, since she herself is hardly ever there. She cna nice but is always in a huge hurry during appts. Usually I end up seeing someone else anyway even when I am told I will see her. Don't expect any phone calls to be returned, and referrals will often take months to get done if they ever do.

Dr. Solotaroff is very nice. However, it is very difficult to set appts. with her specifically. Also, other staff at this clinic routinely 'forget' to return calls, pass messages along, etc. etc. I have found it to be very frustrating dealing with all the people at this clinic.

Dr. Solotaroff is one of the best, most caring doctors I have ever known.

I love this doctor. She is really friendly, caring and nice. I sure hope she stays at the clinic where I see her!
