Little or no communication with family and what there was was rude. Over medicated our mother, defied direct orders from family to stop medications causing harm but offering additional medications to alleviate symptoms of what was prescribed. Not all geriatric people are the same and should not be treated as cattle. This person shouldn't hold a license to practice medicine. A rock is not safe under her care. If she is allowed to care for your loved one you had better watch her or in the best interest of your loved one, fire her and get another doctor.

It can be difficult to find a doctor who takes the time to speak to the family about the care of their elderly loved ones. It only takes a moment to gain valuable information from the family that will make the care of the patient easier. Dr. Suter is wonderful that she took the time to communicate with us and this will allow us a family to be an asset in my mother's care.
