I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation type. I have chronic migraines, visual snow syndrome, head pressure, dizziness, etc. Pretty life altering issues that I've suffered with since I can remember and am now 34. She shrugged it off as if my symptoms and chiari were nothing. At one point telling me " Everyone feels bad " Then she suggested different preventative medicines for migraines. I told her that my general doctor had had me on many different preventatives and that nothing has ever helped. She seemed to get frustrated by the fact I did not want to take a preventative (trying to get pregnant another reason I did not want to be on any pills). I left the office completely defeated. I would suggest going to a different neurologist if you're looking for someone who cares about what you're going through.
