Dr yankey is the best doctor she listens and takes care of your needs. You know she cares so much about her patients. I am so depressed she is leaving penfield. I know i will never find anyone like her. Good luck to you and your family dr. Yankey we will miss you do much. The Olivo family

I can't say enough good things about Dr Yankey. She is caring and professional. She has a calming demeanor that makes her patient feel comfortable discussing their health issues. She is attentive to her patients concerns and treats them as if they were a member of her family. I was her patient at a different location but feel she needs to be praised for all the good she does

Dr. Yankey has been my doctor for the past 3 years. She is no longer at the office I go to because she has relocated. I was so sadden by her move. I am truly going to miss her. She is the best. She is patient, trustworthy, easy to talk to, and so polite.

Has a wonderful bedside manner.

Awful, they are horrible not professional at all! I called first thing in the morning to get a sick appointment for my husband who was very very sick. I have a brand new baby in the house and I don't want him sick. They told me that he should go to a urgent care center because his Doctor he normally sees is out of the office and the other ones were to busy to see him even knowing the situation. I have never had my Dr be too booked to take a sick appointment and send me to urgent care instead... How embarrassing as a practice to have that attitude toward your patients! I told them we would find a new Dr and the receptionist said "thats fine!" with an attitude.

Office staff is very abrupt and at times rude over the phone. Dr. Yankey is very attentive and caring. I haven't had any serious issues, but what visits I have had, I found her very competent and have recommended her.

Going to the dr. creates the most anxiety for me.. however Dr. Yankey is so kind, and understanding, annnd patient. My previous drs have been gruff,too fast, and almost annoyed.I hope dr. Yankey's practice does not over come its self. Getting an appt has become harder- but if you can scheudled about 4-5 months in advance, you should.

This is the best doctor i have ever had.she genuinely care for an individual.

If you never have any health issues and never need medical advice then Dr. Yankey might be ok for you.However, if you ever have any health issue Dr. Yankey is pretty useless. I was often more informed about CDC guidelines than she was. She would often forget details of conversations we had just a few days prior. I have no faith or trust in her as a doctor.Her office staff is horrible. Rude and incompetent. Don't they know that they are messing with people's lives? A message that never makes it to the doctor can have serious consequences!I wouldn't go see her again if someone paid me.

Demonstrate unprofessional conduct and speak to patients in a very rude manner. If you have a serious health concern - don't leave a message for the doctor. She won't get it.I rate this office a one star on the basis of the work staff - UNPROFESSIONAL
