Rachele Roberts, APRN-CNP

Hi, I’m Rachele Roberts, RN, MSN, AG-ACNP with Portneuf Heart and Lung Surgeons! I began my nursing career 26 years ago in the Adult Level I Trauma Center at Wishard Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. I worked in the surgical trauma intensive care unit after completing my Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Ball State University. I continued to serve the community caring for people for the next 21 years in intensive care units, including neurological, medical, burn and cardiovascular. While working at Emory University, cardiovascular care became my next passion and led me to pursue a Master of Science degree in Nursing at Walden University to become an adult-gerontological acute care nurse practitioner after graduating in 2018. I began my advanced practice nursing career in Denver, Colorado at The Medical Center of Aurora where I worked as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner to coordinate and state a new ECMO program and achieved the ELSO Silver Path to Excellence Award. …I transitioned to Structural Heart two years ago and successfully achieved the Transcatheter Valve Certification with the American College of Cardiology. I am a proud mother of three beautiful children – one son and two daughters – whom I enjoy hiking, camping and snow-skiing with. I love running and have completed several marathons and triathlons. I am very excited and honored to be part of the Structural Heart Team at Portneuf.
