My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Darout for a few years now. She is kind, really listens and takes her time with you. Responds quickly to all messages. I highly recommend her and this practice.

Dr. Darout is terrible! I've never in my 42 years met a doctor that made me feel as if I was a bother due to all my medical issues! She is only in it for the check! She does not care about her patients! She never ran proper blood work for me even after I continued to tell her I feel drained sluggish tired weak .thank God she was on maternity leave and the Doctor that filled in for her did her job right and ordered blood work for me. Come to find out I had Vitamin D diffency levels were 10 ! I was given medication for 3 months. I have arthritis, nerve damage , fibromyalgia, Hydrinititis supertiva and she was not treating me properly all she did was give me pain meds and rush my appointments. She's the worst ! And when I voiced my concerns she refused to refill my meds HOWEVER BY LAW SHE MUST TREAT ME FOR 30 DAYS N PROVIDE A LIST OF NEW DOCTORS. My attorney will be handling this!

I love Dr. Darout! I’ve seen her a few times now for various things and she is very caring, supportive, and thorough. I have had lots of bad luck with PCPs, but I think I finally found a good doc! The only criticism I have is not with her, but with her office. I needed an appointment and couldn’t get a human on the line and finally left a message and no one called back for like a week! I finally had to go in person to make an appointment. Obviously, that needs fixing. But Dr. Darout is great!

She dropped me as patient due to disagreement of not wanting to go on a certain medication. What she did as a primary care physician was very unprofessional. She could of atleast had the common sense to call and talk to me either face to face in her office or on the phone to give me a time frame to find another primary care physician. I am physically disabled and I can't believe she would be this cold hearted of a person to one of her patients. I wouldn't recommend her to my friends or family! I have even filed a medical grievances against her! She shouldn't br allowed to practice and have patients if she is going to mistreat them the way she did me so poorly!
