Her woefully scattered, disorganized approach means lifesaving test results or health issues slip through the cracks. Everyone in my family has had a significant health issue missed including cancer because of her. Spends way too much time talking about herself, other patients, she's actually showed their charts blocking names with hands), unrelated issues while ignoring vital health issues. It took months to a get a prescription, months to get a CT ordered (she put in the wrong info/code), she refers out for issues she herself could address. She orders blood tests you had just a two weeks ago, send brochures through mychart that aren't relevant. She relentlessly pushes for older people to go into assisted living rather than responsibly address their health. She blames my sibling and I for not having out parents POA so we could put our parents in assisted living even though that's not how the system works! She's acted pushy, undermining, neglectful, irresponsible and flighty, all the… while compromising the health of all my family who sees her.
