Rachelle Pucelj, APRN, CNP

Rachelle Pucelj, APRN,CNP, has been a nurse practitioner since 2016. She chose to work in heart care because it involves complex treatments and lets her build long-term relationships with patients. Since heart disease is a major health issue, Rachelle wanted to focus on this area to help improve the health of her patients and their families. Rachelle is interested in cardiology because it includes prevention, managing long-term diseases, and teaching patients. She enjoys working with patients over time and helping them take an active role in their heart health plans. Rachelle is committed to helping underserved communities where she hopes to make the biggest impact. Rachelle sees herself as a partner in her patients' health journeys. She works hard to make sure patients feel listened to, respected, and empowered to make smart choices about their care. Outside of work, Rachelle likes traveling with her family, spending time at the lake, and joining school and community events.
