Dr. Rachelle Elizabeth Lacey, MD

Prior to seeing Dr. Lacey for a persistent condition, I saw a PA in the same office. Dr. Lacey said she didn't like the meds the PA prescribed and began a new med regime (after repeatedly recommending meds to which I am allergic.), saying it could take 4-6 to see improvement. Fair enough. After a week with the new med, the condition worsened in scope, intensity, pain, etc. Since I had already been at this for 7 weeks, I was very frustrated, concerned, and reluctant to be in public as the condition is on my face and embarassing. I was concerned because the condition had obviously worsened and thought Dr. Lacey might choose to course correct, if necessary. I reached out to her but she refused to return my call despite my concerns and pleas. I let kind and sympathetic office staff know I merely needed a minute to apprise her of some concerns but she continued to decline. In short, it was apparent that since I was not in front of her paying for a visit, that I could take a hike.
