Dr. Rachelle Ann Wilcox, MD

Dr. Wilcox is a GIFT to medicine, to Michigan, and to every patient that gets to work with her. She is compassionate, caring, trauma-informed, extremely intelligent, and inclusive of underrepresented identities. Dr. Wilcox is the only doctor I have ever felt truly safe and cared for holistically. She saved my life last year and I could not thank her enough for everything she has done for me and others. I could not recommend her enough to anyone seeking a truly caring and dedicated physician.

I met with Dr. Wilcox for the first time this past fall. I have been struggling with anxiety for the past four years. I have seen a variety of drs/therapists over the years, but never -- until Dr. Wilcox -- did I feel like I might be making progress.. I feel like I am finally understanding my anxiety in a way I never have before. I guess... as Dr. Wilcox discussed with me, the key is that it's always preferable to have a good doctor-- someone you really "fit" with. What I have found with Dr. Wilcox is that she's a human (one who ~understands~) and therefore she is also a great doctor. She won't make you feel self-conscious. She won't make you afraid. She'll just make you realize how many options there are available to you, and how easy some of them can be.
