Run away! The doctor may be fine, but the front desk and billing department are extremely problematic. They require large upfront payments, even when we showed our HRA balance (which pays the provider automatically). They insisted they would not provide service unless we paid the full amount upfront, assuring us that everything was included and any excess would be refunded once the HRA payment processed. Unfortunately, that never happened smoothly. 1. Refunds require constant chasing. Even weeks and months after our HRA paid the claim, refunds were not issued. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing happened. The billing team repeatedly said they had informed the front desk, but the front desk never processed the refund. We eventually had to visit the office in person to get our money back. While we were there, another patient was complaining about the exact same issue. 2. Hidden charges after saying everything was included. We were told the initial $1500 payment covered everything,… but later they insisted on scheduling online consultations for results and wanted to charge us $150 per call, refusing to disclose results without the paid consultation. 3. Refusing service despite valid HRA coverage. Declining service unless large upfront payments are made, even when the patient clearly shows an HRA balance that pays the provider automatically, is extremely frustrating. This has now happened twice, with repeated follow-ups required just to get refunds and additional charges simply to obtain results. After giving them multiple chances, we are done dealing with this office and looking for another doctor. The administrative hassle simply isn’t worth it.

I have delivered all four of my children with Dr. Bhala and I kept coming back to her because she has always taken care of me in every way possible. She understands her patients and she is knowledgeable in what she does. I’ve known her for more than 9 years as a patient and I can only say positive things. My experience during my pregnancies was great.

She is extremely money minded doctor and prescribe you unwanted tests and labs. Concentrates only on financial income of her office from patients. she has no soft dutiful considerations for her patients. If you want to waste money and time, go to her otherwise find another doctor. She is really very very bad. trust me !

Horrible communication with Staff and Dr. Bhala too. When you call the doctors office to make an appointment they never answer. Then when you finally get the appointment your waiting hours in the office, just for her to rush you out of the office. Dr. Bhala is helpful but her staff and business is TRASH!!

She will make you take unnecessary labs and ultra sounds for money.. rude staff. will never go back.

Had to wait even though after appointment. would charge for any kind of medical report for no reason. would do ultrasound for no reason even tough when its not required. very bad experience. would not recommend them to any. never answer phone calls and never call back to voicemails.

She is very good doctor buy her phlebotomist is so rude even she move needle i am keep sayin sssss not even she feel sorry she so rude
