She came from NY & worked for Dr. Baula in St. Petersburg. Fl. Dumped me off regular Meds & told me i needed to see pain management. Just tremadol .50..lol. zanex .25. I have PHN from shingles on temple 14yrs. My reg APRN left which i didn't know. Called/Talked Many Times w/Dr. Baula manager. Come to find out she, Manager has some in money in public records w/Baula...Also. I was in accident, had Kyphoplasty...She, Creus Money Hungry Woman for Pain Management. She Racquel Crues has her own Pain Management Company she brought from NY. I want to Sue her For Negligence/Fraud. Shes building her Pain Management Company up. I brought that to Dr. Baula attention many, many times but No One Cares. So, I Suffer. I Refused to Deal w/Her. She is a Sick Woman taking Advantage of others to get her pain Management Company going in Fl. Look at Public Records Less than 0 Review
