Racquel Housen, MS, CNS, LDN is a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS) and functional medicine nutritionist who provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition care with an emphasis on identifying and addressing root causes of health concerns.

Racquel is the founder of Healthy Wealthy Phood Solutions, where she works with adults across diverse backgrounds to support metabolic health, blood sugar balance, digestive health, cardiovascular health, hormone balance, stress management, and overall wellness. While she has a special focus on women’s health, her clinical approach is applicable to individuals navigating a wide range of health goals and chronic conditions.

With over 15 years of experience in public health, including a professional background in food safety and environmental health, Racquel brings a strong prevention-focused and systems-based perspective to her nutrition practice. Her transition into clinical nutrition was inspired by her own health challenges, which led her …to pursue advanced training in functional and clinical nutrition.
