Dr. Rada Sumareva

Only on the day of surgery I found out that instead of her someone else would perform the surgery. There comes Persian men mumbles his name and starts working on me. While he already cut and drilled in my mouth he starts asking for an implant and first nurse, then Rada is showing him deferent sizes and he complains that those are either too big or too small. Then he agrees to use "too big" size on an implant. While I do understand that my chances of successful result was 50/50 since it was for front . my complaint is that she was not prepared, had not ordered the proper size implant for me. and had not warned me that she wouldn't be the one doing the work. I am left with deformed breathing nostril and I can barely breathe through. I feel I was scammed and neglected. I must have another corrective surgery to open the breathing tube inside my nostril.

I recently visited Dr. Sumareva in Cliffside Park. First, her office staff is rude and not helpful. For example, she hung up on me when I told her I was going to see a different doctor. Second, her assistant asked me if I was there to take out my stitches and I told her I had not even had surgery yet. I asked her why she said that, and she told me "I don't know why you're here." Third, Dr. Sumareva was not forthcoming with information about my condition, and in my opinion, tried to get me to have surgery without covering all of the less invasive options first. This was a bad experience and I will not be returning to her office.
