The physician is too old to know what is going on. Wants to only do colonoscopy and Egd invasive stuff that cost lots of money. The assistant Tammy was terrible. I’m not sure what her status is to the doctor. She wasn’t available nor understanding when she absolutely had to be available. She was rude. Has been rude to several other family and friends that went to see this doctor. Tammy made the entire situation worse outside the doctor. She seemed to have poor communication with the doctor and poor communication with people needing to use this doctor for issues. The management is horrible and they don’t know what is going on. I have chosen somewhere else to go for my complications that led me to see Dr. Narayanan. Maybe she would be better if she had a better assistant instead of Tammy . I do not recommend.

I saw Dr Narayanan a month ago for a consult before having a colonoscopy. I told the nurse, Kylie, that I would have to call her to schedule the appt for the colonoscopy because I had to find a ride. Well, I have called 4 times now, only to be told that Kylie would get back to me, and she still has not. It really puts a bad taste in your mouth. There is only one day I can do this colonoscopy, and I can't get it scheduled because Kylie is the only one that does the scheduling of the colonoscopies. I think I'm going to ask my PCP to refer a different Dr with a staff who cares.

While I did have a long quit time, I was a last minute appointment, and she got me in. Very professional, to the point, and scheduled a test close to my original appointment date.

All the staff members are very kind. Dr Narayanan very sweet and made my experience exceptional. I have to include Lake Granbury Medical Hospital Staff, Nurses also , Anethesia Doctor also . Very Very Pleased. THUMBS UP !!!
