Dr. Raman and staff are great! And they are open Saturdays!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Raman for a over a year now and every time I visit I wait, just like any other Dr.’s office. however, the last appointment I was a few minutes late and called as a courtesy to let them know I had been stuck in traffic. I was rudely told that I’d have to reschedule my appointment because there was a appointment after me. I tried to reason with the receptionist that I took time off work and drove a hour but she just talked over me.... absolutely would hear nothing I had to say. Even mentioning that I’d wait the few minutes anyway.... she just absolutely wouldn’t allow me to be 10 minutes late. I asked to speak to the doctor but was immediately denied by the receptionist without checking or asking Dr. Raman if she could speak to me. I tried my best to be polite but it was a mute point! I arrived anyway hoping to see the Dr. because I need prescriptions filled. I was met by the same girl I had spoke to on the phone and was told that Dr. Raman was not there and she… waited for me...I was in disbelief! I know when I’m being lied to and it sickens me... this lady was absolutely lying to my face and I could do nothing about it. It doesn’t make since that she had a appointment after me and she so called waited for me but was to busy to take my call. This all happened in a matter of minutes.... I’d rather hear the truth, like we need to leave early or it’s been a bad day... but to lie to my face is such a personal insult! If Dr. Raman knew about it she should at least had the decency to look me in the eye and tell me the truth other than hide in the back of her office. If she didn’t know and this was all on the behalf of the receptionist then I hope this finds the right place. I guess this practice expects a patient to wait every single time but they aren’t willing to wait once. It only reflects that they think their time is more valuable than the patients.

She truly cares about her patients and their well being. She called me to make sure I followed the instructions correctly and was feeling better. She was able to figure out what was wrong quickly and get me the medication I needed to help me get back to work.

Great attention to detail and ease of communication. Dr. Raman is very devoted to good health care.

Nice Dr. but does not seem too concerned for patients health. Free clinic so maybe that is the problem, no insurance

She wasn't the best doctor to talk to in the beginning. After a few visits it's gotten better. On my last visit she had improved around 90% with her bedside manner and personal caring. I guess it just took a while on both parts. Overall she's a good doctor!!
