When you dont follow what he says and ask him question he calls you Idiot.

Would not give me more then a 30 day refill for medicine, unless I came in to see the doctor. When I called to find out why they weren't approving my refills, they said because I had to come in after a year on the medicine, even though it had only been 9 months since I switched to this medicine. Then they didn't have any appointments in the next 30 days for me, so made me call in several times to check for cancellations. Then the doctor sent the wrong 30 day prescription to my pharmacy. When I finally got in to see the doctor, they asked me what medicine I was taking because they had 3 written down for me, which is scary, as they should know this, especially since I had called and discussed it with them when they sent the wrong prescription. None of the information they had on me was correct, and I had been seeing her for 3 years. I had to argue with the doctor that I had never taken the medicine she kept trying to prescribe to me. After I left, I discovered that they had… again sent the wrong 90 day prescription to my pharmacy, even after we had discussed which medicine I was taking that day. Needless to say, I have no confidence in their ability to protect my health and am never going back. I have found a new doctor to go to.

She listens cares and helps

I saw Dr. Reddy for suspected thyroid issues and adrenal insufficiency. She was extremely rude and unempathdtic. She didn’t run the proper thyroid tests and because my insurance denied doing the actch test for adrenal insufficiency she refused to do any further testing and to help me. There are in fact other tests for adrenal insufficiency which a good endo would know. Adrenal insufficiency is deadly when not treated, and guess what I do in fact have it. By the time I was diagnosed by a decent endo my cortisol level was at .5 and .0 is death, I was very close to death’s door at 82 lbs. oh and I also had hashimotos, she could have ran the proper tests to detect that as well but she didn’t. I can’t believe she’s a dr, what ever happened to the Hippocratic oath and do no harm? I could have died if I hadn’t found another endo in time, and this dr was so dismissive of me that I was truly discouraged that I would ever find one. Don’t bother with this endo, she’s awful!!!

Dr Reddy is great! She really takes her time with you and explains everything thoroughly. Very thoughtful and kind!

Very friendly, they explain everything clear. But to long waiting.

I was having many strange issues (gestational diabetes that wouldn't resolve, hot flashes, kidney stones, osteoporosis, headaches, extreme fatigue, anger/mood issues...)and saw different specialists for them. None of the doctors could pinpoint my problem and find the link between. All of the other doctors brushed me off once they couldn't figure it out making me feel like I was making it all up. I was referrred to Dr Reddy by another medical professional and am so glad I went. She spent over a half hour with me discussing my issues and even when my labs came back completely normal she continued to test me. My labs did not show anything abnormal for over a year but Dr Reddy was sure of her suspected diagnosis of thyroid issues was verified. She also figured out that my gestational diabetes that wouldn't go away (was an incorrect diagnoses) and I actually had a rare form of "diabetes" called MODY that is caused by a genetic mutation. I was set up with the University of Chicago and she… has worked with them in regards to getting the genetic testing done. Most doctors wanted me to go on metformin and diagnosed me as type 2 (I am 5' 3" and 110lbs and active I don't fit the classic type 2) Dr Reddy knew metformin does not typically metabolize and work for people with my mutation. She is very good at what she does and I am thankful for her everyday. I might have to switch insurance due to work benefit changes but would pay out if pocket to continue seeing her.

Front office staff needs to improve on customer service

She has no sympathy for you individual situation. She treats everyone the same. Talks too fast and with her accent, she is difficult to understand. She has the bedside manner of an alligator.

i would recommend Dr. Reddy for her expertise. Unfortunately her staff is inept including the office manager. This hurts her business. The several times I have visited, have all been between 2-4 hours which is ridiculous!! Scheduling needs to be a lot better. She needs to fire her office staff and get new ones.
