Worst doctor ever. Save yourself and go somewhere else. I have never seen a doctor that rude, lousy and discriminatory. And especially if you are looking for a civil surgeon.... don't come to her. She will mess up with your reports, will not show the copy before sealing.... delaying all the paperwork. Worst doctor and worst experience.

Do yourself a favor and go someplace more professional. This is such a badly run medical shop.. they dont even accept Credit Cards/HSAs- wonder why? Also, you would keep calling day after day for your results and they just wouldnt answer your call/address your concerns. Probably the worst ever medical experience I ever had. The doctor just wouldnt listen to your concerns and questions and is on her own ride.

One, when Dr Donepudi is typing on her laptop she is writing down exactly what is being said in order order to keep exact account of what is going on. Two, there are signs all over the place stating to not be on your cell phone while in the office. That includes those who are not patients. Three, when you give cash at the check out, they give you a receipt then and there. You can get an account of any visit. For, The office staff is great! They can only go by the information they have and can not give out information. It is HIPPA law! The being said, I have been going to Dr Donepudi for years. The staff is great and very efficient. She tells it like it is and doesn't have the "throw a pill at it" mentality. I would highly recommend her. But if you are already a negative hateful person who complains about everything anyway, please stay away. We dont need that in our lives.

More concerned with clicking on her portable laptop than hearing about your medical issues. Heffa Once told me to turn my phone off when I was on a visit with my daughter, I wasn't even the patient. Thought she was out of business or I would have been gave her a bad review. I'm sorry I have to put her out like this because I normally don't give reviews She needs to go back to wherever she got her license from.

I have been with Dr. Donepudi for about 19 years. She is wonderful! My husband and my kids see her too. She always answers my questions and is very helpful.

It was our first visit to the doctor, but it was so friendly and humble.

Dr.Donepudi is a civil surgeon in addition to being a regular physician. A Civil Surgeon is a physician designated by USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) who conducts an immigration medical exam. I visited her in this regard. She completed the examination and gave me the reports. She requested to be paid by cash and I obliged. Later, I realized that I needed a bill of the services I availed so I could claim it for FSA purposes. When I requested the doctor, her practice refused to give the bill, saying it is against their policy and protocol. This matter will be pursued by my lawyers as I see this as complete violation of my consumer right. All I am asking is the bill of the services I availed after I have paid for the services. I hope this speaks for the ethics.

Dr.is moderate...but the worst part is with Administration team..They dont have any responsibility n bcame ther scape goat..so please dont go ther,even if its a medical emergency....

Great doctor! overall i am very pleased with this medical doctor. Very professional,prompt,i have had a really nice experience. Very through and helpful on many levels. I am pleased to say that i have found the doctor for my family!!

She is a worst dctor I have ever met, I made 5 visits to the clinic to get my reports done and she is so money minded, when i did not take shots from here clinic rather toom from walgreen she is making unneccessary issues. would not recommend it to anyone.
