Radhika Kapoor, DO

She is the worst doctor I have ever seen, and would never go back. Looks like she did not care about the patient at all. Her attitude was rude. At the appointment, she was in rush to finish and did not want to listen to you.

Suspicious of patient to take normal medications and make them feel like they’re criminals.

I had a fellow co-worker recommend her to me. She seemed to help her, and I was getting with nowhere with my dramatic weight gain. I figured “why not?”. Granted seeing her got me so angry I found and amazing Dr. who listened, and took everything I said into consideration. Since finding the new DR, I was able to be diagnosed, and helped. When I visited her, she was rude. Lacked bedside manners. I guess since “DR” were initials “she earned” she was right; no matter what you explained. I asked to recheck my thyroids, if she can do it extensively, she did the basic. I explained that I eat balanced work out etc. I tried diets like weightwatchers so on. She literally looked at me and said “you’re fat because you failed at it, or didn’t do it right. You don’t have a Thyroid issue, or any. Try it again and come back”. Well, the new doctor caught that I had a life threatening illness. Metabolic syndrome x. My stomach, metabolism etc stopped working. I’m now on the right path. Don’t… bother going to her. You’re probably just “fat and failed”.

VERY CARING AND INTELLIGENT DOCTOR

Dr. Kapoor is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She was attentive, kind, and most importantly intuitive. The wait time in the office wasn't too bad, and the receptionists were personable.Overall, I was pleased with my visit, and I'm looking forward to seeing Dr. Kapoor again!

I like the doctors and overall staff there at Empire Gate Medical they are very friendly i enjoyed my experiecnce. Dr. Kapoor was very professional and I didnt have to wait long to see her. She really knew what she was talking about. She was also very caring and the place is clean and organized.
