Dr. Radhika Ranganathan, MD

Dr. Radhika has been my kids pediatrician for almost 7 years and my kids absolutely loved her. Her diagnosis has always been so accurate and saved us multiple hospital visits which we were doing before we chose her as our doctor. She always gave us enough time to understand the condition and to listen to us and address our concerns. We feel sad that she moved away and we had to go with other doctor. My kids still remember her and would love again to see her as their pediatrician.

They are always nice and get my child in quickly.

My kids just love her. She is extremely patient with kids. The office staff are courteous. Dr. Ranganthan's office is clean and spacious. Love the way she deals with kids and helps explain the diagnosis and treatment.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr Ranganathan since she was born and for the past 3 years I have been very happy with the care provided. The assessment is accurate and she is great with kids.The staffs have always given same day appointment, sometimes even within a couple of hours of calling, when my daughter has been ill. There is a wait time in the lobby sometimes because the facility is always busy ( and they squeeze in children who are ill for same day appointment)but that is expected when the doctor is very good. It is a blessing not to wait for a day or two for appointments which other parents often complain.The doctor takes after hour calls and that is very helpful. I have recommended her to many of my friends who are happy with the service too.

I will not be recommending this pediatrician to anyone. I took my daughter for a 15 month well check as a new patient. We waited in the lobby 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment before being called back for vitals, with no communication that the doctor was running behind. We then waited over 30 minutes in one of the exam rooms to see the dr. It was not Dr. Ranganathan as I thought it would be as it is supposedly a solo practice. It was a male doctor who said his name so fast I couldn't catch it. I raised my concern about being seen over an hour after the scheduled appointment to which the doctor seemed indifferent and offered no apology etc.. He spent at the most 10 minutes quickly examining my daughter, asked no questions about her development, eating etc. and was not very helpful when I raised a specific concern. When the nurse or tech (as she did not identify herself) came in to give the shots I had to ask what shots were going to be given and I did not sign any consents or… have any of the vaccination explained. I had to ask for a written record of my daughter's weight etc and was given the sticky note that the first tech had written them on. When I raised my concern with the nurse/tech who gave the shots about being seen so late she stated that they were backed up and provided no apology etc. The whole experience was poor, disappointing and substandard.

I absolutely love dr. Ranganathan. She is very caring, courteous and makes you feel very comfortable. She diagnosis the problem correctly and also gives the appropriate treatment. She returns your phone calls concerning any health issue you might have with your kids, even if it's very late at night or very early in the morning, which is what I really love about her. Also, the receptionist lets you come see the doctor the same day if your child needs urgent care.I would totally recommend this doctor!!!

Doc is good, but the staff is so poor, they never respond back to you.

I love this dr. because she listens to your concerns. As soon as she suspects anything with your child she refers you to a specialist for precautions.
