Dr. Radoslaw Jakub Czajkowski, MD

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Czajkowski, and I’m truly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and dismissed. Rather than listening to my concerns, the doctor was shockingly rude and abrupt, cutting me off multiple times. I didn’t feel heard, and their tone was dismissive, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. I had hoped for a professional and compassionate interaction, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. A doctor’s role should involve clear communication and empathy, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this case. I will be looking for another healthcare provider who respects and listens to their patients.

De my experience with this dr was horrible. He made me feel like I was a drug addict. He said my medical history and prescriptions were a disaster waiting to happen. He was extremely rude to me. Made feel so uncomfortable he even made the comment that that's why he was leaving this place.When I tried to explain to him my new issues he completely cut me off said he was just gonna give me 2 hat I wanted which was my medication refills but refuse to treat me for anything else said I need to be treated by someone else. He got up walked out and had the nurses ask me to wait in the lobby. But not before asking me for a drug screen. Which I have never been asked for before. The medical problems I have are stemming from 3 major surgeries in the last 3 months. I'm not some addict I am in serious pain and having major health issues. I also see other drs whom are specialists. Finally ten minutes later one of the nurses brought out my prescriptions. Which mind you only 1 is for pain. The other is… an anti anxiety medication which I have been on and off of for many years and ambien because the issues I have cause for me to have an extremely hard time sleeping. This dr has no buisness treating patients like this. I normally seen dr sanchez but she is no longer there so they had me see him. If he doesn't want to be there then he needs to find another job. Cuz with an attitude and the extreme in which he spoke to me and degraded me he's lucky someone hasn't sued him or made more complaints.

As my title indicates, I believe Dr. Czajkowski is a very nice man, unfortunately he is also a very bad doctor. It was always lengthy but at one point he took up to 11 days to authorize the refill of my prescriptions. He didn't seem to want to actually do anything to me, instead he preferred to refer me out to someone else (yes, each referral does cost me extra money, but why should he care?)....which would be ok, but unless I prodded him regularly he would never actually make the referral. I am not a wealthy man, so I usually get together 3-4 things I want to talk about before I go see a doctor. On my last visit, I spoke to him about 2 of them (It probably took about 10 minutes) and when I started to ask him about the next item, he said: "Well, we will just have to talk about that on your next visit." Completely unacceptable.
