Dr. Radu Ciubuc, MD

This gentleman was, according to his position at the Legacy, responsible for certifying the recent death of my elderly father so that his cremation could proceed. More than two weeks later, we finally had to get Dad's hospice staff to intervene. Dr. Ciubuc's disregard for the needs of a family like ours is mind-boggling. I suggest he find another line of work more suited to his lack of empathy and care.

Will not treat your loved one until they run a fever. That is his policy. You end up having to take them to the emergency room to save their life.

87 yrs old lady with diabetes had to wait more than 2 hrs to see the Dr. or his assistant. Did not answer any of my questions and told me to leave his office because I was questioning his credentials although I had a power of attorney for my elderly friend. She was concerned on her medicine since she never needed assistant to do any of her 6 daily activities. Even going on the city bus groceries shopping. Now she is happy with her new Dr. who doesn't make her wait and has the patience to answer all her questions or mine.
