Dr. Radu Pop, a native of Romania, Europe, emigrated to the US when he was 8 years old. He lived in Chicago then moved to Kentucky. He did his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in biology. He attended University of Kentucky College of Dentistry for his dental training, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After practicing as an associate dentist in the Nashville community for 3 years, Dr. Pop established his private practice in 2005.
An avid student of dental health care, Dr. Pop continues to immerse himself in continuing education. He feels that dentistry is a dynamically changing field, and his commitment to continuing education allows him to provide his patients with an exceptional level of service and the best that dentistry has to offer. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Tennessee Academy of …Cosmetic Dentistry, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Nashville Dental Society.
Dr. Pop and his wife, Kendall, have three wonderful children; a girl and two boys. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys outdoor activities and photography.
