Dr. Radu Purtuc, DPM

I visited Dr. Purtuc for the first time last year for an infection. He told me what corrective action was required and scheduled me for surgery. Prior to any work, he explained the operation and how he was going to proceed. During my procedure, he gave me constant updates on how it was proceeding and was very concerned for any pain I was experiencing. Afterwards, he explained clearly how my body would react to the procedure and expressed a deep concern that I wouldn't be surprised afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Purtuc. He has always provided excellent medical advise and service.

Dr. Purtuc treated me for foot pain and has performed surgery on each one of my feet. I’ve experienced him to be knowledgeable, forward-thinking with best practices, and greatly skilled. He was concerned with my pain management as well as the aesthetic look of the incision during the healing process. He listens with care and spends considerable time with his patients. Both in the office and the hospital, Dr. Purtuc was kind, gentle, and compassionate.

Excellent surgeon. Great personality. Dr Purtuc spends time with his patients, and is so humane. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to see him.

Dr. Purtuc recently treated my young daughter and she was nervous about getting her foot look at for warts. She was very pleased with how he explained her condition, with hand outs and answered all her questions. He personally called the next day to check on her pain levels. Name a Dr. Today that does has that personal touch?

Dr. Purtuc has had an excellent professional & compassionate approach to helping us deal with an amputation on my father. He is very helpful with explaining what is necessary for recovery. He takes all the time needed to address the stages we are going through in recovery. I would highly recommend him as a Dr. for any foot issues/or surgery.

I really didn't know what to expect. But wow this Dr explained everything to the T. Had to have surgery on foot. Then to boot he wheeled me out to my car with my husband there ( check up appointment)! Holy cow we were amazed. Today another check up he explained everything very well! And went out to the lobby and told my husband what's going on. This Dr. is amazing! Thanks

Dr. Purtuc took he time to make sure I was comfortable and understood my diagnosis. He have me a painless injection. He uses a distraction technique that is so helpful. His nurse he has had with him the last two times has been great also she has offered to hold my hand to make sure I was very comfortable and talked to me during the injection. Thank you.

He was thorough in his explanation of my problem that made sense to me. I was scared of the pain I would have from the injection but he found ways to distract me and soon my problem was gone. Very thankful!
