very Unhappy with a practice that over-charged me twice, exceeding the Medicare Advantage Co-Pay Rate. Charges were for visits with a third party for a no cost device adjustment during which NO participation form Dr. Davis or PA were necessary. These adjustments were at no cost by the third party and Dr. Davis had offered up his office for this adjustment which could had been performed many other locations as it required NO involvement by Dr. Davis or his medicaical staff. These were charges to the Insurance company that were unnecessary unless it was viewed as a money grabbing opportunity that contributes to the country's inflated medical costs. . . I tried to discuss these charges with Dr. Davis but before I could I could say hello and explain the issue Dr. Davis proclaimed that I was wrong and his office was right. This amount of discussion was indicative of the amount of time he gave to understand the source of my pain only performing a multitude of unnecessary injections… which did nothing other than increase costs to insurance company and increase income. There was no discussion other than telling me that I was no longer welcome at HIS Institute and subsequently discovered that I was also banned from their other office location ensuring that I would have increased difficulty in obtaining my future medications, which I am now out of, but that is not a concern as they had set the obstacles. as the patient is not really the priority. I don't want Dr. Davis unconcerned, and above reproach, attitude take away from the absolutely wonderful PA inteRaction that I have had for three years. Stephanie strives to understand my pain and was dedicated to helping me deal with it. I can't say enough good about her. ng IN A >55 cOMMUNITY OF OVER1,000 RESIDENTS, dR. dAVIS HAS A VERY NEGATIVE PERCEPTION BY NUMEROUS OTHER PRIOR PATIENTS WHO ARE UNHAPPY WITH HIS PRACTICE.

Terrible experience If I had read the many terrible reviews, I wouldn’t have gone to this business for treatment. My experience was exactly as the other reviewers described. My initial “consultation” with Stephanie was great, initially. I went in for steroid injections having had no conversation or communication with Dr. Davis. I was directed to a room, I have never had injections or surgery on my back before. The lower back injections were painless. But what I remember the most was the constant conversation between the nurse and doctor throughout the procedure. Unprofessional talk about a patient they saw before me and how crazy she was (due to the last dr she saw, that did a bad medical procedure on her) ,then how Dr.Davis’s dad was visiting from out of town, to how Dr. Davis’s dad says how perfect he is. It’s as if I wasn’t even in the room. I had another appointment with Dr. Davis to receive upper back steroid injections, again zero conversation or explaining the procedure. … At my follow up appointment with Stephanie, I told her that my lower back pain was still awful. She then explained that most people need at least two rounds of injections. The front desk lacks tremendously in communication. They made more appointments, and it’s clear that no one in this office has any customer service skills. The idea is that you keep your mouth shut and everyone shuffles you around. I showed up for the next appointment, which was to inject my upper back, which wasn’t needed. That’s that “lack of communication”. I was hoping Dr. Davis would still inject my lower back because of my desperation for pain relief. Nope, shuffled out. I had started questioning the charges that I was receiving via email and everytime I visited the office, it was another charge. Essentially, I had to speak with their “billing department”, and my bank because someone at that office was charging my credit card without my consent, and my health insurance company for explanation of charges and documented visits. Once this was brought to Emma’s attention (front desk manager), she started to lie. I recorded all conversations and the poor interaction I had with the receptionists at my last appointment. Where I left crying because Emma kept saying I owed more money, which I paid and showed her receipts and bank statements. She acted like I couldn’t get my back injections until I paid again. I have been requesting my $400 refund because no one in this office can tell you charges, document visits, or know what requires a copay. I called the “billing office” and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a refund, for a payment that they have been holding for 5 weeks now. Once I gathered documents from my insurance company and did the book keeping for Emma Martinez, as she asked me to do, Dr. Davis called me to say that I should go somewhere else. He is clearly aware that his office staff and billing department are beyond incompetent and bordering on a liability. Emma and Dr. Davis both stated that this was the first time a patient has had these issues, laughable. This is obviously the way Pain & Spine Center, Landsdowne, conducts business.

i changed employment so I could get health insurance that National Spine and Pain accepted. i like Doctor Davis and crew.

Dr. Davis tells me what he?s doing as he does the procedure. I like this as it make the time go faster and keeps me from worrying. Esmarilda is friendly and knowledgeable and makes the whole experience tolerable. The best part is I?m finally getting some relief from my back pain. Just hope it?s for the long term.

I've seen Dr. Davis over a 4 yr period now, some time in 2014-15 and now again in 2018. He has diagnosed my problems, based on my MRI's and X-rays, and provided needed treatment to my back and knee. He is a caring doctor, concerned about his patients. And very professional in his work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis?s for more than 10 years! He is the most caring and genuine healthcare provider I have had the pleasure of knowing. He and his staff go above and beyond to help alleviate my pain! Dr. Davis also provides the same caring and compassionate service for my mother. Thank you so much, Dr. Davis. This Dr. Knows absolutely nothing about my disease. Everything that comes out of his mouth makes him seem arrogant! He thinks he knows what's best when I will bet my life he knows absolutely nothing and the only thing he did for me is cause me more pain. I can't stand him. I went to a Dr. That knows about what I have and they knew exactly how to help me. So as a warning, stay away from this loser. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know that has a disability to stay away from this idiot!!! He absolutely has a terrible bedside manner as well!!! People stay away from him. You could find someone off the street that would do a better job than this dumbass!!!!
