Dr. Raewyn D Shell, DO

I was a patient of Raewyn Shell, in Castle Rock, and when she closed her doors, I have been unable to get my records from her. I have went above and beyond, and to no avail. What can I do.

Over the last year, my family's doctor visits with Dr. Shell have been excellent. We're seen promptly, her nurse is caring and thoughtful (which is so nice when you're really sick or your 5 yr old needs a shot), and the diagnoses have been spot on. When we have wellness checks, I'm surprised at the amount of time she spends discussing our health and questions. I recommend her to others.

I liked Dr Shell until they merged with Humana, Since then there has been little concern or organization. No calls back on the results of tests despite numerous attempts to get a call back. I was told I needed a test in 3 months. I called numerous times to set this up and again no call back. You are now dealing with a large corporation with little or no communication skills.

I don't know if it is the office manager or the docs that make the"rules" but it sure seems silly family members can't be seen on the same day. So, I have to take 2 days off work? Also can get school sports physical and prescription refill in same visit? Is these do u get two office visits? I see that was another persons issue and they were told they were no longer welcome. I have tried other offices in CR seems they all just want the money!!! Crazy!!!!

Did not seem to have time for me. Uncaring and unknowledgeable abouot current treatment.

Called the office today as a new patient and was told that dr. Shell is no longer accepting new patients, they said I could only make an apt with the PA.

The receptionist in the office is rude and uncaring! I spend my money on my health and on the treatment that I receive from the Physicians here. I feel for the front of the office staff to treat me so horribly, I will never return!

I have been a patient of yours fro a few years now and really enjoyed coming to you. HOWEVER I called to have to make an appointment for my daughter, had the appointment, was told I could only talk to you about 2 topics per visit when I said "I will talk with my doctor about what I want" the lady was not happy with me,. 2 hours later I get a call telling me "you can not proived medical service to my daughter" I am shocked and sadden by this, I thought you were a good doctor, when I asked why I was not given an answer. My daughter has not even been seen in your office I wanted to bring her to a place I felt safe,comfortable, tursted, I guess I was wrong!

Horrible front staff. Dr.shell wouldn't return a phone call. They are all about collecting a premium not caring for patients.
