From admin to doctor horrible staff. Treat veterans like crap. Went in with 3 herniated discs and 2 pinched nerves to follow up from my ER visit the night before and they sent me home without seeing the doctor because they didn’t renew my VA authorization! They just take as many clients as possible to generate maximum income. Had to file a complaint with VA so hopefully they will take this provider off the list of outpatient VA providers!

I schedule come for appointment it was at 11:45 and was seen 2 hours later I don’t understand what’s worst appointment or walk-in it take same average or more to been seein , yet the practitioner only takes 5 min of his time to have wrong diagnosis I have to visit another clinic for a correct diagnose is ridiculous because this clinic schedule appointment with out your authorization and call you saying you missed and charge the insurance .. I just wonder if whoever is incharge of this facility read our comment and notice that is seriously bad reviews... and that with out mention the rudeness of staff there is a CNA or I don’t know what he does but take you vitals but he’s is rude he is RUDE no manners he is tall bald gentleman please of this clinic is continue operating at least take this review serious and do something about at least if taking us long time period make your staff been polite

You will never see an actual Dr. You will see a practitioner. Every time.They will try to get you to go into their office for anything. They tried several times to get me to go in to get test results. Funny thing is that they weren’t the ordering physician and I had already received my test results from my specialists. Endless calls telling me I had to do this or that. Things that were never discussed while at their office. Do yourselves a favor. Don’t go to these offices. They are just trying to get money out of your insurance company! I told them last week to stop calling me. I already had a new Doctor. I got a letter today from their office saying they were banning me from going to them anymore because they couldn’t reach me in regards to my annual check up and my insurance company kept calling them about it. And because of this they were losing points! Ridiculous because I had already had my annual at the beginning of the year. Stay away from this Doc in a box! They’re money hungry… thieves!!!!

Voy a que me revicen por algo grave se sienta l royal seniora lopez y me calla me silencia como si me van a callar de modo depredatorial y despues el dr se pone hablar muy amigo con ellas ya tuve problema donde la dr de otra oficina dijo que tenian vih y habia dras tecatas alli they gang related and they look it also me callo nomas muy gordo que me callan tamanias pedazas de reyna y despues me defiendo y me voltean la moneda que gacho haber si su amigota lopez no le suena familiar

When you go to this clinic to see doctor Armendaris, don’t expect to see him, it’s always a new nurse practitioner, what doesn’t know anything about your medical history. They spend 5min on you, 3 of they do reading your chart, the do a fast check up and out the door you go! I say it’s the fast food of healthcare because, the don’t give you quality, yet it’s fast. All in all this place is a big SCAM, they try to get you back in for any reason, just to collect from your insurance. If you need a refill of something simple, you have to go back in for a check up, need a referral to a chiropractor, they need to see you first. They act as if they care, but in 9 years I never met Dr. Armendariz and goin four or five, times a year, I never once saw the same NP. It’s onfortunate to say, but more people know me at the hospital, than at my primary doctors clinic. Despite I go their on a regular basis. If you care about your health and value yourself I strongly worn you about going to this… clinic. You are much better off at a urgent care center. I learned that the hard way as I ended up at the ER and they where not able to contact or retrieve any medical records from my primary Doctor! So I got sick because of the poor health care I was getting, it would of been impossible for them to diagnose me or suspect something sooner, dipute my multiple attempts. !

They charged me and my spouse out of pocket because they claimed my insurance would not cover a Routine Physical. When I called my insurance, I discovered that it is covered in full AND the Dr. submitted a claim for double the amount he charged me. He basically got money from me and my insurance. Now I'm in the process of trying to get refunded by his office.
