Rude doctor with a temper. Unpredictable. Know people who left this doctor because of his rude behavior.

This doctor was in the same practice as my doctor of 20 years. My doctor took retirement and I was transferred to Dr. Arsuaga. from day one he didn't take the time to get to know my problems and concerns. I have had rheumatoid for over 40 years and know my body. I clashed with Dr. arsuaga from day one. He has no compassion. He is arrogant, condescending and no patience. I would highly recommend that you find another doctor! Travel to another City for better care.

As a new patient I had high hopes. Dr. Arsuaga is knowledgeable and answered my questions. It's the staff I'be had problems with. Your calls automatically go to voice mail and it takes the staff too long to call back. I called for 3 days trying to set up an appointment for a procedure, because no one called me back. I rated them 3 stars because I like Dr. Arsuaga.

Did not seem to know much about Rheumatology. Asked me if I thought my hospital lab test results might be mistaken. Plays hospital favorites.

I really like Dr Arsuaga. I am a nurse and have known many doctors and he is one that genuinely cares about his patients. He explains everything very well. He will work with you until he finds out what is wrong and he is very knowledgeable about treatment options and meds. Very "down to earth". He will not steer you wrong. HIs many years of experience speak for themselves. I highly recommend him.

I would refer anyone here.if they want a dr that really cares about his patients and listens to what your saying ,then this is the dr you want.He don't stop ,l he find what's ailing you Then he finds the right treatment for and make adjustments as needed.Cant tell you enough how awesome he is.

Dr. Arsuaga is the BEST doctor I have ever had, and I have had a ton of doctors!!! He cares and was adamant about diagnosing me correctly. I would not be doing so great without Dr. Arsuaga. He is SO intelligent and knowledgeable!!! I am so very thankful!!!
