Dr. Rafael Angel Baez Stella, MD

1. I don't know what is going on with this doctor office. It seems they need only Spanish patients. They disseminate my wife indirectly with such a way not deal with office any more. 2. They don't respect the patient. They hold me on the phone and during the call they hang up and never call back. 3. They write a lot of times wrong prescription dose and pharmacy hold the medicine until doctor correct it and they never care and they take too long time to fix anything. 3. Most of the staff are not professional. They just want to collect money with no quality at all. I am really frustrated and really sad because I was with Dr. Rafael since 2016 and now office and treatment are so bad. Now looks like I have to look for another PCP who can treat patient equally and nicely

Dr. Rafael Angel Baez Stella is by far the BEST and MOST professional doctor that I have ever had the privilege to work with in Palm Beach County, Florida. As a local librarian who specializes in research, I can honestly tell you that all of my doctors undergo an extremely rigorous vetting process before I even make my first appointment. After careful consideration and due to a conflict of interest, I decided to take on a new primary doctor at the ripe age of 35. Walking away from a doctor that I was familiar with and deciding to take a chance on a new primary was both scary and exhilarating. With complete confidence in my decision and directly after the passing of mi Papi, I went to SOMA. Almost three years ago, I experienced both the worst and best day of my life. The worst was losing mi Papi but the best was taking the first step to reclaim my health, which I had neglected for YEARS. Dr. Baez was courteous, professional and had/has a bedside manner that is consistent with a doctor… that is working to save lives and not just there for the paycheck. His practice is the ONLY reason why I attend every single appointment AND every follow-up appointment with my specialist(s). I cannot say enough good things about his entire TEAM. Because at the end of the day, that is what Dr. Baez has created at SOMA, a TEAM. As they say, TEAMWORK makes the DREAM work. Thank you to everyone on Team AWESOME, including Dr. Monica L., Dr. Ramon G., all of the nurses, the phlebotomist, the reception team and even the patients themselves, who have shared and spent time in conversation, as we wait to be seen.
