Horrendous! When I called to make new patient appointment I specifically asked if he takes Medicare and assured he does. After being the first scheduled appointment I was told after a 45 minute wait he does not accept Medicare. I should have read the reviews more carefully as the receptionist and front office consistently got poor grades. My experience echoes that. He may be the most fantastic doctor in the whole world but I’ll never know. Save yourself grief and find a better care provider.

this doctor is so RUDE, i went to him by recommendation but is not worth it, he have 2 specialties, one for pulmonary and the other for internal medicine, i choose him as a internal medicine not pulmonary, my co payment is $35, so every time i went there, they charged me 50, so i called the insurance every time that i was there and they explained to them that way they were billing was incorrect, they need to change their code in order for them to charge correct, but guess what, instead of saying i will fix it, they told me that he is no longer my doctor and that i need to look someone else, he and his SON are the worst of Puerto Rico. i dont even want to give them a 1 star because of their bad attitude. never again and hope you all read this post before you choose this office..

Dr. Veliz is a great doctor. You are in good hands with him. I had water in my lungs. He put me in ICU. He stared treatment and I started seeing great results.he wanted to keep me there for 6-8 weeks. I left A MA against medical advice. Big mistake wish I had stayed. He is the best.
