I would like to share my experience with Dr. Rafael Gottenger. I have been treated by him for two surgical procedures, the first in 2023 and the second in 2025, and in both cases, my experience has been highly satisfactory. From the very beginning, his professionalism, knowledge, and reassuring demeanor instilled great confidence, which is fundamental in any surgical process. I also extend my gratitude to all the staff in his office and the operating room team for the care provided at every stage of the process. Dr. Gottenger is truly exceptional. From the initial consultation through post-operative care, the entire experience has been outstanding. I am only two weeks post-op from my mastopexy, but my recovery is going extremely well and everything looks very promising so far. I had such a great experience getting Botox with Dr. Gottenger. They were super professional but also really friendly and easy to talk to. I felt totally comfortable the whole time. The results look amazing—super natural and exactly what I was hoping for. No frozen look, just a refreshed, smoother version of me. The whole process was quick and pretty much painless. Estoy muy satisfecha con mi cirujano. Encontrè al Dr. Rafael luego de preguntarle a mi cirujano de mas de 20 años de experiencia por alguien con destrezas excepcionales que me pudiera operar en E.U. Mi primera consulta con el Dr. Rafael fue virtual y, a través de nuestra primera converzación me di cuenta de su expertise. Dr. Rafael es muy acertivo en sus respuestas y preguntas durante las consultas porque tiene vasta experiencia. Gottenger tuvo la deztreza de cambiar mis implantes de busto de 15 años a unos mitad del tamaño junto con una maxtopesia. Yo nesecitaba cambiar los implantes y deseaba reducir el tamaño del busto lo mas posible. Ademas, redujo el tamaño de mi aereola. Tuvo ojo estético al tomar la decisión del tamaño de implante que más me convino. El resultado es muy delicado, toda una obra de arte. Hasta mi madre considera que me veo mas joven... Dr. Rafael es experto, esta certificado y tiene mucha práctica exitosa en el campo de la cirujía plástica. Ha ganado… reconocimientos y aùn así sigue adiestrándose más. Es una persona que sabe escuchar y comunicar con el paciente. Su equipo en sala de cirujía esta comprometido con la exelencia y son expertos támbien. Apenas he sentido dolor luego de la cirugía. Luego de 7 días de operada me siento como nueva. Estoy mas que complacida. Mi cicatrización va muy bien. Let’s start with how I was in a very fraile and scared mindset after being diagnosed with breast cancer. I met Dr. Gottenger after a nurse recommended him. I read his reviews and booked him for my mastectomy surgery . When I first met him I wasn’t sure he would be the surgeon for me because he wasn’t all bubbly and goofy (I guess I was expecting my kids pediatrician) but after speaking to his team and other women that have gone to him my walls broke down and he was simply the most supportive and knowledgeable doctor had met. Him and his staff walked me through every scenario with detail. No fake talk but real talk. I felt safe with him. My final implant surgery went extremely well. I had zero pain and my scars (it’s only been 6 days) look great (as they did after my mastectomy). I feel good and he did what was best for me (that may vary from what we have in our heads) and I love him for it. His staff is wonderful!!! Beautiful ladies both inside and out.
